I'm thinking about finally tackling my ugly popcorn ceilings (ugh, I know...) but I'm on a tight budget. Been looking into two options: painting over it with a fresh coat or using those peel-and-stick ceiling tiles I've seen online. Paint seems cheaper and quicker, but the tiles look kinda cool and might hide imperfections better. Has anyone tried either of these? Which turned out better for you and why?
