Last time I did this, I pressure washed first, patched up cracks, then primed and painted with a good quality acrylic paint. Turned out decent, but um, it was a bit messy and took forever. Sounds like you covered most bases already, but have you thought about using elastomeric paint instead of regular acrylic? It's thicker, fills minor cracks better, and tends to hold up longer. Might save you some hassle down the road... How big are the cracks you're dealing with usually?
I've used elastomeric paint myself on our old stucco place—worked wonders, especially on those pesky hairline cracks. But if your cracks are wider than, say, a credit card thickness, you might wanna patch first. Learned that the hard way...
