Was walking past this construction site today, and it got me thinking... imagine a story where a family moves into a new house built entirely on sustainable materials, but the foundation itself has some mysterious secret. Maybe supernatural, maybe not, dunno yet. Any ideas?

That's actually a cool idea. Reminds me of a renovation I worked on a few years backβ€”house was built super eco-friendly, reclaimed wood, recycled insulation, the whole nine yards. But when we dug into the foundation to reinforce it, we found these weird old bottles buried way down there. Probably just some old-timer's trash pit, but it sure made the crew joke about curses and ghosts for weeks afterward. Maybe your foundation's secret could be something subtle like that... or maybe not so subtle?

That's pretty fascinatingβ€”I've come across similar finds myself. Old bottles, rusted tools, even a random shoe once... makes you wonder about the stories behind them. Maybe subtly incorporating reclaimed materials could add character without inviting ghost jokes from the crew?
