Rainbow gutters would at least make the violations more entertaining, right? I’ve got an old house and honestly, the paint-matching thing is a losing battle. Sun, rain, random squirrels—everything messes with the color. I’ve seen a few neighbors try to reason with the board, but it’s like arguing with a brick wall. One guy even brought paint chips to a meeting to show how much they fade, but the board just shrugged. I’d love to see an HOA that actually considers how paint ages, but I haven’t run into one yet. Maybe in some magical neighborhood where everyone’s chill and nobody cares if your trim is a little faded...
