Honestly, I’m with you on the maintenance headache. Here’s what jumps out at me:
- Paint costs add up fast, especially if you want anything that’ll last more than a season.
- Matching colors a year later? Nearly impossible unless you’re super organized (I’m not).
- Sun fade is real—seen it turn “bold red” into “sad salmon” on a few rentals.
Unless there’s some industrial-grade, UV-proof paint I’ve missed, this feels like a lot of work for curb appeal that might not even last.
