Been wanting to freshen up my condo's interior for a while now, but you know how HOAs can get kinda picky about changes. I'm thinking new flooring, maybe knocking out a wall or two (nothing structural, just minor stuff), and updating the kitchen cabinets. Has anyone navigated HOA approval for interior upgrades before? Any pitfalls or tips I should know about before submitting my plans?
