Good points on spacing out clothes... honestly, I never thought of hanger spacing affecting airflow until I had a similar mold issue in one of my rentals. I ended up installing a small humidity sensor (cheap and easy to find online) just to keep an eye on things. It's surprising how quickly moisture builds up—especially in closets near bathrooms. And yeah, bonus tip: less humidity = happier hair days, so it's a win-win situation... haha.

Humidity sensors are handy, but honestly, I've found that just leaving the closet door cracked open after showers does wonders. I mean, sensors tell you there's moisture, but they don't exactly fix it, right? Plus, my hair seems to appreciate the extra airflow too... fewer frizzy surprises in the morning. Just my two cents!

You're onto something there—sometimes the simplest solutions are the best. Sensors give data, but airflow actually solves the issue. Plus, bonus points for less frizz... win-win situation. Keep it up!

Airflow definitely helps, but from experience, it's not always enough—especially if your closet is tucked away in a corner or against an exterior wall. Had a similar issue in one of my rental properties. Even with good ventilation, mold kept creeping back. Ended up insulating the closet walls properly and adding a small dehumidifier. Problem solved permanently, and tenants were happier too. Sometimes airflow alone just doesn't cut it...

Had a similar mold issue in our bedroom closet. Tried fans and leaving doors open, but it was stubborn as heck. Finally bit the bullet and got a cheap mini dehumidifier online—nothing fancy, under 40 bucks—and it actually worked. No more mold, less frizzy hair too...bonus points. Sometimes airflow alone just isn't enough, especially if your place is prone to humidity.
