sneaky mold in homes - are we missing something?

Just came across this news piece about a family who kept getting sick and couldn't figure out why. Turns out their house was secretly infested with mold behind the walls, and regular inspections didn't catch it. Apparently, traditional mold tests aren't always reliable. Kinda freaked me out, tbh. Makes me wonder if there's better ways to check for mold that aren't so obvious or mainstream. Has anyone heard of other ways people are detecting hidden mold issues?
