So I recently got into this whole minimalism kick, you know, trying to keep my counters from looking like a small appliance graveyard. 😅 Anyway, I've been testing out a few gadgets to see what's actually worth keeping around. Like, I swapped out my big ol' food processor for one of those mini choppers. Honestly, it's pretty decent for quick jobs—like pesto or chopping onions without crying (mostly). Also ditched my blender for one of those handheld immersion sticks...works great for soups and smoothies, but it's kinda meh with ice.
The best hack I've found so far is using my waffle maker for grilled cheese sandwiches. Seriously, crispy on the outside, melty inside—game changer.
Still debating if an air fryer is worth it though. Seems like everyone raves about 'em but I'm skeptical it'll just end up collecting dust next to the juicer I used exactly twice.
Curious if anyone else has found cool ways to repurpose or streamline their kitchen gear...or am I just late to the party as usual?
