What would you do if your kitchen reno budget doubled overnight?

If my reno budget doubled, I’d definitely be tempted to splurge on countertops too, but I’m still not totally sure if it’s worth going all-in on something like quartz. Some people swear by it, but others say even the expensive ones stain or chip eventually… Has anyone found a material that actually holds up? I do agree on storage though - my current cabinets are basically black holes and it drives me nuts. Pull-outs sound like a dream compared to what I have now.

If I had double the budget, I'd skip quartz and go for recycled glass or even concrete - way more eco-friendly and honestly, they look amazing. Quartz is nice but it’s not invincible. Storage upgrades are a must though... pull-outs changed my life.
