I'm in the middle of redoing my bathroom (finally, after years of putting it off lol) and I'm stuck on lighting. Right now, I've got these ancient, super basic fixtures that have been here since before I moved in—think plain builder-grade stuff from the early 2000s. They're boring and honestly kinda ugly.
Been browsing Pinterest and Insta but there's just too many options out there. Thought about going vintage or industrial style with those cool Edison bulbs, but then worried it might be too trendy and won't age well. Also kinda intrigued by those sleek modern LED strips around mirrors—anyone have those? Are they bright enough for makeup/shaving or do they just look cool?
I dunno, maybe I'm overthinking it (wouldn't be the first time haha). Just want something that looks good but also practical for everyday use. What do you guys have in your bathrooms? Any regrets or recommendations?
