Saw this news bit yesterday about a family whose grill caught fire because of grease buildup. Got me thinking...I mean, I clean mine regularly but maybe not enough? Curious how often you guys actually deep-clean your setups.

I usually scrape mine down after each use, but honestly...deep cleaning only happens once or twice a season. After seeing this, though, maybe that's not enough? Guess I'll be checking mine this weekend just to be safe.
