Seriously, I've been trying to figure out what exactly I can and can't do with my property because of zoning laws, and it's like reading a foreign language. Thought it'd be straightforward, you know, just common sense stuff. But nope, it's all setbacks and permitted uses and conditional exceptions...ugh. Feels like every time I think I get it, something else pops up. Anyone else struggling with this or am I just zoning-challenged?
