I've been daydreaming a bit lately about totally redoing the outside of my house. You know, just hypothetically—like if I won the lottery or something, lol. Anyway, it got me thinking about siding options. My current siding is pretty bland vinyl, nothing special. But if money and practicality weren't an issue, I'd love something that really pops and gives the house some personality.
Maybe cedar shingles for that cozy cottage vibe...or even fiber cement siding, since I've heard it's durable and can look pretty sharp. Brick is classy too, but maybe a bit too traditional for my taste? I dunno. I'm curious what other people would pick if they had a blank slate to work with. Would you stick with something classic and timeless, or go bold and unique?
