Okay, so I'm finally getting around to putting in storm windows before winter hits hard. My neighbor casually mentioned something about permits, and now I'm like...wait, seriously? I mean, they're just storm windows, right? Curious how many of you actually went through the hassle of getting permits or if you just skipped it. Quick poll:
