brushed nickel vs chrome - am I the only one noticing fingerprints everywhere?

Just swapped out my bathroom fixtures from chrome to brushed nickel thinking it'd help with fingerprints and water spots. Um, turns out brushed nickel isn't exactly fingerprint-proof either, you know? It's better than chrome for sure, but still noticeable enough to bug me. Anyone else switched finishes and noticed this too, or am I just overly picky about smudges?
