Got a building inspection coming up next week and I'm kinda stressing out about it. I've never had one before, so I'm not exactly sure what to expect or how thorough I should be with preparations. Like, do I need to clean every nook and cranny, or is it more about structural stuff? If anyone's been through this recently, I'd really appreciate some pointers or maybe even a heads-up on common things inspectors tend to focus on.
