Delta’s been a workhorse for me too—installed them in a bunch of rentals over the years and they just keep going. I’ve tried fancier brands, but honestly, tenants don’t care about bells and whistles, they just want stuff to work. American Standard toilets are underrated in my book. I had one survive a college rental for five years with zero issues, which says a lot. Touchless fixtures look slick, but when you’re managing multiple properties, changing batteries gets old fast... and tenants never mention it until it’s dead.

- Delta’s been solid for me too, but I actually had a Moen faucet outlast two tenants who were pretty rough on stuff.
- Kohler toilets have held up in my rentals—never had to mess with the guts, just the usual seat swaps.
- Touchless is cool until you’re swapping batteries every few months... not worth it unless you’re living there yourself.
- Tenants just want it to work, period. Fancy features = more headaches.
