Nicely done! Built-ins are a game changer, especially when you have older homes like mine where nothing is ever straight or level. Last summer I decided to tackle a similar project—converting an awkward nook in our 1920s house into a built-in closet. Thought I'd measured everything perfectly, but of course, nothing fit quite right on the first try. Ended up spending way too much time shaving down shelves and cursing at my walls for being crooked (as if they could hear me...). But once it was done, it felt like the house finally forgave me for all the colorful language.
