WHEN THE LIGHTS GO OUT MID-PROJECT: WHAT'S YOUR MOVE?
- Been there more times than I care to count. My “emergency” headlamp is permanently crusted with drywall dust.
- I’ve tried those rechargeable work lights, but half the time they’re dead when I need them most... Murphy’s Law, right?
- Extension cords are great until you realize every outlet in a 100-year-old house is on the same circuit that just tripped.
- Duct tape is basically my project partner at this point—if it can’t fix it, at least it’ll hold the flashlight steady.
Ever tried finishing up by phone light? Not my proudest moment. Curious—anyone actually invested in a generator, or do you just tough it out?
