So last weekend I tried one of those driveway crack filler products from the hardware store—honestly didn't expect much, you know how these things usually go. But surprisingly, it worked pretty well. It was easy enough to apply, dried quick, and now the cracks aren't even noticeable unless you're really looking. Curious if anyone else has had luck with these DIY fillers or if I just got lucky this time?

Yeah, I feel you. Most of these DIY fillers are hit or miss, but I've had decent luck with the latex-based ones. They flex a bit more with temperature changes so they don't crack again as easily. The trick seems to be getting the cracks cleaned out really well beforehand—like seriously, spend extra time on prep. Did you do any special cleaning or just went straight in? Glad yours worked out though... driveway repairs can be annoyingly tricky sometimes.
