I've been using this new inspection checklist app lately to make sure my foundation work meets local codes, and honestly, it's been a mixed bag. On one hand, it saves me from flipping through endless pages of regulations (which is great, cuz who has time for that?), but on the other hand, it flags some pretty minor stuff that seems overly picky. Wondering if anyone else has tried similar apps and felt they're being a bit too strict or am I just missing something here?
