Interesting point about seating placementβ€”never really thought about it that way. When we redid our kitchen, we went with a U-shaped island thinking it'd be great for conversation, but honestly, it ended up feeling a bit closed-off. Maybe it's the angles or something? Curious if anyone else found certain island shapes better or worse for socializing...
