Just wanted to share a quick win—after way too much googling and a bit of trial and error, I finally nailed down the perfect drywall thickness for finishing my basement walls. Went with 1/2 inch instead of thicker stuff, and honestly, it made installation way easier without sacrificing sturdiness. Walls feel solid, and saved a bit of cash too. Curious if anyone else had similar success or maybe went a different route...
