I recently started renovating my kitchen and ordered some flooring and tiles online. The site said delivery in 2 weeks tops, but it's been almost a month now and still nothing. Customer service keeps blaming supply chain issues, but um... isn't that excuse getting kinda old? I'm wondering if this is happening everywhere or if I just picked the wrong company. Curious if others are noticing delays like this too.
Yeah, I've noticed the same thing lately. Ordered some backsplash tiles about a month ago—website said 7-10 days, but it took almost three weeks to get here. Customer service gave me the same "supply chain" spiel too, lol. Honestly though, I think it's happening everywhere right now... seems like patience (and maybe a sense of humor) is key when renovating these days. Hang in there, it'll show up eventually.
