Been daydreaming lately about maybe popping out the attic roof with one of those dormer window setups. You know, get a little extra space, maybe even a cozy reading nook or tiny office up there. But then I start thinking about permits, structural stuff, and how much mess it might make...ugh. If you were in my shoes, would you go for it or just leave well enough alone?
