Thinking about redoing my kitchen counters soon and wanna go greener this time...but I'm stuck deciding between recycled glass, bamboo, or reclaimed wood. Quick poll: which would you choose for your own kitchen? Curious what everyone's leaning towards these days.

I went reclaimed wood a couple years back - looks amazing, but heads up, it’s like adopting another pet. Needs regular TLC and freaks out over spills...still worth it for the charm factor though. Bamboo might be easier if you're not into countertop babysitting.
