Okay, so I've had this leaky faucet under the sink for a while, and finally decided to fix it myself after watching a couple of YouTube videos. Seemed easy enough, right? But then my buddy dropped by yesterday and started going on about how DIY plumbing fixes can actually get you into trouble if you're not careful about local codes and stuff. Um...I didn't even think about that. Is he just being overly cautious or could I really be setting myself up for issues later?
