Just saw a local news bit about how folks around here are scrambling to prep their homes for the upcoming cold snap. Got me thinking, um, am I the only one who always waits till the last minute to seal windows and stuff? Curious how everyone else handles it...

Waiting until the cold snap is common, but a seasonal checklist makes it easier to stay ahead. I’d include window seals, exterior faucets, gutters, and heating-system filters, then run through it a few weeks before the temperature drops.
