I always kinda wonder if I'm jumping the gun on getting my house ready for winter or summer. Like some of my neighbors, they're strict calendar people - soon as October hits, they're sealing windows and checking insulation. Me, I tend to wait till it actually feels cold or hot. But then sometimes I'm scrambling around last-minute, you know? Curious how everyone else handles it - calendar method or weather watcher type?
