Totally agree. I tried baby gates at first - my daughter just climbed over or knocked them down. OSB is ugly, but it works. I’ll take sturdy over stylish any day.

Honestly, I sanded down any rough edges and gave everything a quick wipe, but I didn’t lose sleep over it. Main thing was making sure there weren’t nails sticking out. As for dust, plastic sheeting only did so much - sho...
