- Totally hear you on the prep work—makes or breaks any paint job, eco or not.
- The no-chemical smell is such a relief, especially if you’ve got kids or pets running around.
- I’ve noticed some eco paints still struggle with scuffs, but honestly, I’d rather touch up now and then than deal with fumes.
- Old houses are always a bit of a wild card... trial and error feels like the only way sometimes.
- You’re right, it’s not perfect yet, but it’s miles better than it used to be. Progress over perfection, right?

Ever tried any of the clay or lime-based paints? I’ve been curious if they hold up better on old plaster. My place is a patchwork of surfaces, so I’m always second-guessing which eco paint will actually stick. Anyone found a brand that doesn’t flake off after a year?
