Hypothetically speaking, if you moved into an apartment with paper-thin walls (like seriously, I can hear my neighbor sneeze), and you had very little money to spend on fixing it up...what would you do? I'm thinking blankets or maybe some DIY panels, but um...I'm not exactly handy. Curious how people here would handle this kinda situation without dropping a ton of cash.

Haha, I feel this on a spiritual level. DIY panels are great in theory, but if you're anything like me, they'll end up looking like abstract art gone wrong. Have you thought about bookshelves filled with books or random clutter? They actually absorb sound pretty well, and bonusβyou get to pretend you're super intellectual. Or maybe heavy curtains...cheap, easy to install, and no one needs to know they're not exactly "designer" quality.
